Francesco Zafarana Architect will provide your first Architectural Consultation for Free.
This is where we discuss your initial ideas and we explain the process. We will, at this stage, clarify your doubts, if any, and to some extent initiate design discussions, as we briefly survey the premises with yourself.
After the initial consultation, we'll provide you with a Fee Proposal, which also outlines our Services and Duties, and which best suits your requirements and financial situation.
Following from your written confirmation of the Fee Proposal and our appointment as your Consultant we will be able to offer you a full range of Architectural Services including:
- Feasibility Studies and Design Proposals
- Consultants Coordination and Procurement Strategy
- Planning and Building Control Applications
- Detailed Design and Selection of Contractors through a Tender Process
- Site Monitoring, Working Details and Contract Administration
- Assistance through to Completion of Works and Rectification Period.
The range of services listed above is very much the standard within the profession, and we are quite happy to go through each of them to clarify any doubts.
